DIR Contract #DIR-SDD-1340
Authorized DIR agencies may directly purchase ICOP Digital, Inc. mobile video hardware, software, accessories and other related services in accordance with the terms and conditions established under DIR Contract #DIR-SDD-1340. Texas state agencies and units of local government are eligible to purchase via DIR. This includes cities, counties, public school districts, municipalities, and special purpose districts as well as institutions of higher learning and assistance orginizations (see Texas Government Code, Sections 2054.003(13), 2054.003(9), 61.003, and 2175.001). Out-of-state agencies are also welcome to purchase using DIR (please refer to Section 2054.0565 of the Texas Government Code).
